Gerald Thomas Peltier, Sr. Gerald, 82, of Sabine Pass, Texas passed away at his residence on Saturday, September 12, 2015. He was born on March 4, 1933 to George and Vivian Daigle Peltier in Sabine Pass. Gerald was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Joan Brown Hanson; son, Jeff Peltier; brother, George Peltier, Jr. and a sister, Janice Alphin. He is survived by his wife, Rosa Peltier of Sabine Pass; sons, Gerald Peltier, Jr. of Sabine Pass, John Peltier of Buna, TX; daughter, Priscilla Richardson of Evadale, TX, Barbara Crain of Evadale, TX; sister, Loretta Heid of Sabine Pass, TX; twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home from 5-8 PM. with a rosary at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. Therese, the Little Flower of Jesus Catholic Church with Rev. Rejimon E. George officiating with interment to follow at Memory Gardens.
