Ronald Linn Plantz

Ronald Linn Plantz, 79, of Sabine Pass, Texas passed away at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont on Saturday, September 7, 2013. He was born in Seattle, Washington on June 10, 1934 to Edna and Ronald Plantz. He has been a resident of Sabine Pass for over 20 years. Ronald was a retired merchant marine. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp. Graveside Service will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 11, 2013 in Greenlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Michael Nichols, officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Nellie Mae Williams of Port Arthur, his children and numerous grandchildren. He is also survived by his step-son, Dalton Deslatte and his wife Carole of Port Arthur, Texas and his brother, Donald Plantz of Everett, Washington.
