Gloria Mae Trahan December 21, 1922 - January 14, 2012

Gloria Mae Breaux Trahan, age 89, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away at Oak Gove Nursing Home on January 14, 2012. Gloria was born on December 21, 1922 in Port Arthur, Texas. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Port Arthur. Gloria retired in 1985 from working at the Jefferson County Courthouse after 32 years. She is survived by her daughter of Nederland, Roxanne Vaughn and husband, Charles and her son of Abilene, Texas, Leslie Breaux and wife, Kathy and step-daughter, Vianna Ward and her husband, Otis. Four granddaughters, one step-granddaughter, five great-grandchildren, and four step great-grandchildren. Also her "close friend and companion", Harley Denney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hulin Trahan, mother and father, Quincy and Esther Smith, and sisters, Phoebe, Joyce and Zella.
