Arneida L. Neeb, 82, of Groves, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. She was born on April 20, 1929 to Lizzy Pearl Lowe Quinn and Burham Coleman Quinn in Union Church, Louisiana. She has been a resident of the area since 1948. Arneida was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Betty Lorain Neeb. She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Neeb of Groves, her son, Dennis Neeb and wife Becky L. of Bridge City, two grandchildren, Amanda Nicole Neeb and Blake Anthony Neeb, one great-grandchild, Jayden Gage Seal along with her brother, Roger Dale Quinn and wife Pat of Orangefield.

Mr. Neeb and Dennis. I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Neeb. Mrs. Neeb was always there when I was growing up with a smile and a hug. She was a big part of my childhood. I pray God's arms will surround you during this time.
