Fred A. Ledet

Fred A. Ledet, 96, of Groves passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2011. He was born in Chachoula, Louisiana on August 11, 1915. He was a resident of the area for most of his life, retired from Dryden's and Roy Andrews. Fred served in the U. S. Air Force during WWII. He was a member of Sertoma Club, Pompano Club and St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Ledet, daughters, Michele Beaumont, Kimberly Moss (Walter), Wendy Pettit (Jerry) and son, Tim Ledet along with eight grandchildren, Timothy P. Ledet, Nicole Strother, Vanessa Minzie, Jessica Harkins, Joseph Moss, Shannon Bijowski, Christopher Pettit and Molly Pettit and seven great grandchildren.
