Korrie Harold Hurlen, 45, of Rockport, Texas and former resident of Port Neches passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 in Rockport, Texas. He was born December 28, 1966 to Jewell LeBleu Hurlen and Kjell Hurlen in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He lived in Port Neches for most of his life, served in the U.S. Air Force during Desert Storm. He is survived by his son, Korrie H. Hurlen, Jr. of Rockport, Texas, his mother, Jewel Davis of Port Arthur, Texas, his father and step-mother, Kjell and Lucy Hurlen of Canada, his sisters, Sharon Vidalier and husband John of Port Neches, Texas, Mary Miller and husband Bruce of Port Neches, Texas, his brothers, Douglas Culpepper and wife Dayne of Port Neches, Texas, Edward Culpepper and wife Megan of Liberty, Texas, Eric Hurlen and Warren Hurlen both of Canada along with six nieces, four nephews and four great nephews.
