Randy Dean LeBlanc, dad, son, brother, uncle and friend to all, died Thursday, September 1, 2011, in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, from complications of Diabetes. He was born on October 10, 1956, in Port Arthur, Texas, to Douglas and Marylyn LeBlanc. Randy served in the U.S. Marines for 18 years, serving in Desert Storm in 1991, and retiring in 1993 with the rank of Staff Sergeant. Randy is survived by his wife, Jenife, and daughter, Sydelle, of Angeles City, Philippines; his mother, Marylyn (Sally) LeBlanc of Groves; brothers, Scott of Evadale, Texas; brother Britt, and wife, Rhonda, of Evadale, Texas; sister, Donna Wood of Austin, Texas; sister, Terry Smith and husband, Bruce, of Sugar Land, Texas; and sister, Sherrie Fontenot and husband, Steve, of Sugar Land, Texas. He is also survived by 6 nephews, 2 nieces, and 1 great-niece, along with many cousins and friends.
