Joseph Nathan Parson age 89 of Port Arthur passed away on Friday, September 09, 2011 at a local healthcare facility. Nathan was a native of West Bay, Grand Cayman Island, born on December 25, 1921 to Joseph and Clayton Bodden Parson, SR. Nathan was a resident of Port Arthur for the past forty years and retired as a seaman for Sabine Towing Company with twenty years of service. He served in the navy of Queen Elizabeth of Great Britian during World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents. Nathan is survived by his wife, Julia Lindell Parson of Port Arthur, sons Richard Nathan Parson of Round Rock and Roger Lanny Parson of Port Arthur.
