Howard J. Bourgeois, age 88 of Katy, Texas formerly of Port Arthur passed away on Monday, July 25, 2011 at his residence. Howard was born in Port Arthur on October 28, 1922 to Adam and Philomene Poleynard Bourgeois. Howard served our country during W.W. II with the U. S. Army Air Force. He retired after 39 years as the Westside shift foreman for Texaco. Howard was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Port Arthur. Howard is survived by his wife, Eva Bourgeois of Katy, Sons, Howard Joseph and wife Yvonne Bourgeois of Spring, Henry Michael and wife Marsha Bourgeois of Houston, Mark Adam and wife Barbara Bourgeois of Jacksonville, FL., Kirk James and wife Lisa Bourgeois of Baytown, daughters, Eva Ann and husband David Rhodes of Grapevine, Bridget and husband Carl Bourgeois-Turner of Atlanta, GA. And Fay and husband Jim Bourgeois-Salvagio of Katy. Twelve Grandchildren and Eight Great Grandchildren. In Lieu of flowers, Please make donations to American Cancer Society in Memory of Howard.
