Elvina Foley

Elvina Foley, 86, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2009 at her home. She was a lifelong resident of the area, a very devout Christian and a member of Central Baptist Church in Port Arthur, loved by everyone. She was preceded in death by her parents, her three sisters and her son Thomas Foley. She is survived by her loving husband Delma Foley of Port Arthur, four daughters Patti Cokins and husband Richard of Friendswood, Linda Foley, Betty Vigeon and husband Fred, Donna Foley all of Port Arthur, one son Alan Foley of Port Arthur along with 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
